Applicable Cartiff Studios products are produced by Printful after you place an order. Production comes before carrier transit; these are different stages. Check the estimate provided for your selected item and destination. We do not promise a fixed production time for every product.

Orders may be fulfilled from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking and delays
Use the tracking information supplied for your order when available. Contact Cartiff Studios if delivery is overdue or tracking appears incorrect. Where a shipping delay requires notice or consent, we will provide the legally required delay or cancellation/refund options.
Address and customs
Check the delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately to request a correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Any destination-specific import charges not included at checkout must be clearly disclosed before purchase. We will explain possible reshipping costs for an address error or unclaimed package before seeking payment.
Get help with an order
For damage, an incorrect item or a missing delivery, contact us with your order number and the details. Send clear photos for a visible quality issue where possible. Please report quality concerns promptly, preferably within 30 days after delivery, and missing packages preferably within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
