Who we are
This policy explains how Cartiff Studios handles personal information when you visit cartiffstudios.com, buy a product, create an account or contact us. Cartiff Studios LLC operates the store and is responsible for its customer information. Our service providers also process information as explained below.

Information we collect
- Contact and account information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details and communication preferences.
- Orders and payments: products and sizes selected, order history, amounts, delivery information, payment status and transaction references. Payment details entered in Stripe’s payment interfaces are processed by Stripe; we receive information needed to administer the transaction.
- Support: messages, return requests, order numbers and photos you send about a product issue.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, searches, cart activity, referring links and technical logs collected through the store and its service providers.
Information comes from you, your browser/device, payment and fulfillment providers, and delivery updates. Please avoid sending payment card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
How we use information
We use information to process payments, produce and deliver purchases, operate accounts and shopping carts, provide order updates, resolve complaints, manage refunds, prevent fraud, maintain website security and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. We also use Google Analytics to understand store activity, Meta advertising tools to measure and improve advertising, and marketing email to share offers and updates with subscribers.
Who receives information
- Printful: we send the customer and order information needed to manufacture, package and deliver applicable products. This can include recipient name, delivery address, contact details and purchased product details. Printful uses fulfillment partners and carriers. See Printful’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe and payment wallet providers: process payments, verify transactions and help prevent fraud. Apple Pay or Google Pay may be available through Stripe. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Google and Meta: receive information through our analytics and advertising integrations as described below.
- Website, hosting, email and delivery providers: support the WooCommerce/WordPress store, send messages, store records and carry out deliveries.
- Other disclosures: where required by law, to address fraud or protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Sharing order information with a fulfillment provider does not make that provider your point of contact for a Cartiff Studios purchase. Contact us for store-related questions.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for shopping carts, account sessions, checkout and security. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies can affect shopping functions.
Google Analytics: we use this service to understand visits, navigation, engagement and store performance. Google receives website-event and device/browser information through the integration. Learn about Google’s use of information from partner sites and the Google Analytics browser opt-out add-on.
Meta/Facebook Pixel and Conversions API: we use Meta tools for advertising measurement, audience creation and relevant advertising. Depending on the configured features, website events such as page views, product views, cart activity and purchases, plus device/browser identifiers and customer matching information, may be sent to Meta through browser or server-side connections. Browser cookie blocking alone may not prevent server-side disclosures. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and the advertising preferences available in your Meta account.
Advertising partners may connect website activity with information they hold from other services and show ads on other websites or apps. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable state law even when no money is exchanged.
Marketing email
We use your email address and subscription preferences to send marketing messages where you sign up or where applicable law otherwise permits them. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, refund or account messages.
Browser privacy signals
Do Not Track browser signals do not currently automatically change the store’s analytics or advertising behavior. Do Not Track is different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Contact our business email to make a privacy or advertising opt-out request and tell us the right you wish to exercise. Browser settings, Google controls and Meta account preferences have different effects and do not necessarily stop every form of information processing.
Your choices and requests
Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about your privacy choices. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our business, additional rights may include obtaining a copy, restricting processing, objecting, portability, or opting out of certain advertising uses. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required by law. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent and appeal a denied request by contacting us. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You can update account details through your account when available. If you receive optional marketing emails, use their unsubscribe link; essential order and service messages may still be sent.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time needed to provide services, administer purchases and claims, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Different records have different retention needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing and regional rights
