These terms govern your use of cartiffstudios.com and purchases from Cartiff Studios. The seller is Cartiff Studios LLC; Printful is a fulfillment partner for applicable products. Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with the authorization and supervision of someone who does. Provide accurate order and contact information and keep account credentials confidential. Do not use the store for unlawful transactions, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other customers’ use of the site.
We may restrict misuse of the website or investigate suspected fraud. This does not eliminate our obligations for valid paid orders, refunds or consumer rights.
Products and artwork
Our collection includes art and products featuring our designs. Applicable products are manufactured after purchase. The description and selected options shown at checkout identify what you are buying. Please check size charts, material details, care instructions and intended use before ordering.
Screen settings, photography and manufacturing processes can cause minor appearance differences. Such differences do not excuse a material defect or an item that is substantially different from its description.
Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in its artwork. Website designs, text, logos and artwork remain the property of their rights holders. You may use your purchased product for its normal personal purpose. Copying artwork for merchandise or another commercial use requires permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
Prices, payments and order confirmation
Prices are in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping and any other charges shown at checkout form part of the order total. Payment options available for your purchase appear at checkout and may be processed through Stripe or supported wallets.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it because of availability, a payment problem, suspected fraud or a material listing error, we will contact you and provide the appropriate refund for any canceled item. We will not increase the price of an order without your agreement. A future price change does not change the price of a completed purchase.
Production, shipping and delays
For Printful products, production time and carrier transit time are separate parts of the delivery estimate. Items can ship from different facilities or in separate packages. The estimate shown for your purchase is the relevant estimate; we do not guarantee a particular arrival date unless we expressly agree to one.
If we cannot ship within a promised shipping period, we will notify you and offer any delay-consent or cancellation/refund options required by law. Customs or carrier delays do not remove mandatory rights or our responsibility to help resolve an undelivered order.
Supported destinations and shipping charges appear during checkout. Any applicable import duties or local charges not included in checkout will be handled as disclosed for the destination and as required by law.
Changes, cancellations, returns and remedies
Contact us immediately for an order change or cancellation. Production may begin quickly, so a voluntary change is not guaranteed. Returns, defects, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Printful’s arrangements with us do not replace your contract with Cartiff Studios.
Reviews and submitted content
If you voluntarily submit a public product review, you must have the right to share its content and must not include private information about others. You retain ownership and give us permission to display that review for the store’s review feature. Photos sent only for private customer support are not automatically licensed for advertising. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or fraudulent submissions, while respecting applicable rules about authentic reviews.
External services and website availability
External links and third-party payment interfaces are operated by their respective providers. The website may occasionally be interrupted or contain an error. We will address reported issues, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. This statement does not disclaim the quality obligations attached to products we sell.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized misuse of the site or circumstances for which the law does not make us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence where exclusion is prohibited, injury for which liability cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. We do not require you to waive statutory rights as a condition of shopping.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. California law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law where they live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court location.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases, with a revised effective date. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that order unless an applicable legal requirement or an agreed change provides otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
